Who may use the service

Account holders must be adults or meet verified age and guardian requirements under applicable law. Guardians are responsible for supervising children.

Creative content

Users must have rights to any content they submit. Prompts must not include unlawful, abusive, or personally identifying content about children. The service may refuse unsafe production requests.

Credits and output

Credit purchases, pricing, expiry, refunds, and output rights require final operator-approved policies before commercial activation. Until then purchases remain disabled.

Availability and limits

Generative output can vary, and availability depends on infrastructure and provider limitations. Service, safety and delivery guarantees must be defined before launch.
